Returns & Refunds

Sun 'N' Sand® Accessories wants you to be completely satisfied with your Consumer Purchase.

If you want to return an item, we will gladly issue a full refund on your original payment method. Sun N Sand does not charge any restocking or re-handling fees; however, we ask that you ship the items you want to return back to us. We do not offer return shipping labels.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and should be accompanied by the packing slip or order number. Returned items must be new and unused condition with original tags.

Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund on your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your card company to post the refund to your account.

To save on return shipping cost it is recommended to use the original packaging or similar. 
UPS ground is usually the most cost effective return option, but please visit USPS and UPS to get return shipping quotes.
A notation inside your package with your order number (this will be your RA#) name & email address of the person who placed the order is also recommended.
