• Order online (wholesale login): select products and submit your order. Pay by Net 30, credit card or bank draft. Pre-approval required.

• Every order must meet the minimums: $250 first order · $100 re-order · 2 per style/color (prepacks excluded).

Before your order ships:

• Every purchase order is reviewed for the minimum order quantity (MOQ).
• Final shipping cost is provided once your order is packed.
• Credit cards are not charged until your order is pulled, packed and ready to ship.

• Pre-orders: first ship window opens November 15; remaining styles ship as they arrive.
• Average lead time is 12 to 14 days from receipt of your order.
• In peak season, orders ship within a shipping window (start and completion date) given when you place your order. Please plan ahead.
• All orders ship F.O.B. Texas.

• Net 30 terms, bank draft or credit card.
• Net 30 terms are granted with approved credit only. Past-due accounts are charged 2% per month.
• We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, charged at shipment only. No fee when paying at shipment; a 3% processing fee applies when paying a Net 30 balance by card.
• For bank draft, contact Customer Care at info@sunnsand.com.

• Backordered items are shown on your invoice.
• Backorders under $100 are canceled automatically. To keep them on file, ask when you place your order.
• Backorders over $100 ship as soon as they arrive, usually 2 to 3 weeks after your original shipment, by ground at chart rate unless you request otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change.

• All discrepancies and damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• Returns require a return authorization (RA) number marked on the outside of every box.
• We accept returns for manufacturer defects only, not customer neglect or misuse. Credit is issued after we receive and inspect the goods.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
