Sun 'N' Sand® Customer Service & Policies

Welcome to the Sun 'N' Sand® Customer Care Center. Whether you are a long-time retail partner or a first-time shopper, our mission remains the same: to provide superior resort accessories while remaining a pleasure to work with.

1. Ordering & Shipping

  • How to Order: All consumer orders must be placed online via our website through a personalized account. We do not accept consumer orders via phone or email.

  • Wholesale Orders: Retailers may contact our team at 1-800-635-0846 or info@sunnsand.com (8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST) or visit the FOR MY STORE section.

  • Shipping Rates: FREE SHIPPING is available on consumer orders of $50 or more within the contiguous Lower 48 USA states (Excludes AK & HI).

  • Fulfillment: Every effort is made to ship orders from Grand Prairie, TX within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). Expected delivery is 4–7 business days via USPS, UPS Surepost, or UPS Ground.

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship to individual consumers outside of the United States.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is added to all Texas (TX) orders.

2. Consumer Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note: All original purchases must be made from sunnsand.com or sunnsand.net to be eligible for return.

  • 30-Day Window: Unused merchandise with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • How to Start a Return: Email onlinesupport@sunnsand.com with your order name and number to request a return label.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report these within 30 days with photographic evidence to onlinesupport@sunnsand.com for a replacement. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Promotional Returns (BOGO/Sales):

    • BOGO: Both items must be returned for a full refund. If one is kept, a 50% refund is issued.

    • Free Items: Free promotional items have no return value and are yours to keep.

  • Exclusions:

    • ADORA Collection: All sales are final on SKUs starting with "AD" due to limited seasonal availability.

    • Bulk Shipments: Free returns are limited to 3 items per order. We do not offer free returns on large bulk shipments or used merchandise.

  • Refunds: We do not charge restocking or re-handling fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days of warehouse receipt.

3. Privacy & Data Security

Sun 'N' Sand® Accessories is committed to protecting your personal and business data.

  • Information Collection: We collect data (Name, Email, IP, Cookies) only to provide services you request, such as newsletters or order fulfillment.

  • Cookie Policy: We use cookies to improve site navigation and analyze web activity. You can disable these in your browser, though some site functions may be affected.

  • Protection for Children: We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

  • Data Security: We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your information, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.

  • Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from our store.

  • Typographical Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, even if the order is confirmed.

  • Limitation of Liability: This site and its materials are provided "as is." Sun 'N' Sand® is not liable for special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or the performance of our products.

  • Governing Law: Your use of this site is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. Any legal proceedings shall be held in Dallas County, Texas.
